Setting aside the obviously dangerous situations, are there any laws that speak to this in NC?I'm not interested in opinions, conjecture or annectdotal evidence, I'm looking for the statutes that criminalize the behavior and the specific items defined as triggers. Ive seen hb827 (looks like it died in committee), but that's the only thing I've found that is close.I read a posting in my local area that, while disturbing, didn't strike me as illegal and as I read the comments, I became more alarmed at the mob mentality of the circumstances than the action itself.
