Also, can you/do you provide drywall repair services prior to painting (e.g. fixing popped nails/screws, dings, oversanding, cracking, mudlines, etc.)? Nothing like replacing sheets/patching large holes, but just getting the surface in good condition to paint. Can you do vaulted ceilings (13'H or so)?

What would you charge for a room (only 3 walls) with a vaulted ceiling? How much for a staircase?

And out of curiosity, why are the summers slower? If you work for a management company, don't most of the leases people sign in this area end during the summer months?
