Quit trying to fuck me over, bro
5/2/2015 6:57:51 PM
Would it really work?!!!If so, I would like to do it to a few people... FUCK, I am brown, so I would be the one to get into a trouble if I laid a false accusation Oh wait, according to the hierarchy of colors... if I falsely accused someone 'below' me - for example EMCE, then he would definitely get into trouble. But I wonder if I would also get into just as much trouble, less trouble, or no trouble, for the false accusation. Hmmm... Must be nice to be white

There are shitty cops and shitty fast food workers. Breaking news. Sucks for her though.
5/2/2015 8:37:31 PM
No, the breaking news is that1) You can maliciously falsely accuse someone and get away with it2) The government is evil enough not to apologize to you in all the media to clear your name
5/2/2015 8:42:00 PM
^we all already knew those two things. Not breaking news.[Edited on May 3, 2015 at 10:59 AM. Reason : ]

^ oh sorry... i thought murrca was a fair and just country, no?well, i guess not.... thanks for letting me know.
5/3/2015 1:46:48 PM
please inform us of the utopian country that you come from.
5/3/2015 1:54:57 PM
I don't, everybody knows that. But if the fairest and justest country on the face of the planet (as it and many of it's citizens like to believe) can do that, what hope is there for other countries?America is the country that thumps it's chest the most regarding human rights and justice on this planet, and that's why this is orders of magnitude more deplorable than if, say, it were to happen in Bosnia, South Korea, or Jordan. Those countries (and 150+ others) don't go around with a megaphone telling the world to respect human rights, let alone, attacking countries because of human rights violations.

P.S. It is telling that you think apologizing to a victim of a false arrest needs a utopia. You don't need a utopia, just some basic human decency to say we are sorry, and we will clear your name in the media, and punish those who falsely accused you. BARE MINIMUM HUMAN DECENCY. And if you have a bit more than the bare minimum, you also compensate the person.

we don't have any proof that this woman didn't threaten to blow the store up, so it's telling that you buy what's being said on a youtube video as being factual.
5/3/2015 5:11:05 PM
maybe you should have watched (or listened) the whole video and gotten your proof?
5/3/2015 5:39:02 PM
sorry bro, that's the post-9/11 world we live in thanks to you people

of course the video that SHE puts out won't admit she tried to blow up the store. i mean did you hear her accent and see the rag on her head? sounds like a gitmo case...

# Put them in jail for 2 days?- They received a report saying that she communicated a threat. What good is a legal system that ignores when a crime is reported to them?# Plaster their pic all over the media?- Freedom of the press. America is better with it than without. Without freedom of the press you would likely never hear her side of the story either.# And then they can't ever get a job?- This has yet to be proven, but even if true it has nothing to do with the US legal system.# But I - the false accuser - would not get into any trouble?- Filing a false report is a crime. If there is evidence then it should be charged. Maybe the evidence isn't there, or maybe the system failed. I don't think we can trust a dramatized version of the events put together by a law firm with a pending lawsuit to give us enough information to make that judgment call. But here's the important thing to keep in mind as you criticize our legal system. The litigation that she is engaging in, the litigation that will be her recourse if she has truly been wronged, is built into the US legal system which you have criticized so harshly. Our system is far from perfect, but it is the same system which provides her with the ability to sue for the mistreatment that she claims to have received. This story clearly isn't over yet, so maybe you should give it a chance to play out in its entirety before calling it a failure.[Edited on May 4, 2015 at 7:16 PM. Reason : l]

Yeah, I mean, we certainly aren't perfect here. But usually, guys don't throw acid in women's faces when they get rejected here at least
