I don't, but when I'm staying at my parents I use it obsessively - before morning poop, after morning poop, in the evening. p.s. the most I've ever evacuated was 3.5 lbs
2/17/2015 12:06:54 PM
I have one I use most mornings.

2/17/2015 12:23:40 PM
nah mean
2/17/2015 12:25:20 PM
Dat triple beam, tho...
2/17/2015 12:32:48 PM
Almost every day. I was 206.6 in the beginning of January, 190.2 this morning
2/17/2015 12:36:42 PM
Yes, i have one in my bathroom and there is one in the gym.I only step on them every once in a while though. The only reason is an asinine one. I just don't like being too reliant on that metric of health. I will step on to get an idea of what I weigh, but won't step on again for a month or so. I just don't like micromanaging my weight in that manner, and instead just go with a general idea of what I weigh....

I use ours on a daily basis. Mostly weigh myself at the same time every morning so I can get a somewhat accurate measurement since my weight fluctuates by a pound or two during the day.I've definitely done my share of pre and post-poop weighings. And while I've filled up the bowl several times, I don't think it's ever gone down by more than 1.5 lbs. 3.5 lbs sounds like what would happen if you haven't shit for a couple days.

Whenever I feel especially fat...so once a month or so when I'm retaining water.Stepped on yesterday to confirm that I am definitely fat--up fifteen pounds from my lowest weight. Clothes are uncomfortably tight, too.I'm finally able to exercise again, but I'm afraid I'll also have to give up booze if I don't wanna be a bloated mess this spring. My doc and people make excuses: you haven't been able to exercise so of course you've gained weight! But I know that booze/hangover food aren't exactly helping matters much. Sucks but whatever.

I get on our scale here at the house at the same time every week. Friday mornings, post piss, pre putting on leg. The scale at the gym reads a little different, so just for consistency I use the one at home.
2/17/2015 1:40:19 PM
^^What happened?I have a scale that I get on about twice a week for shits and giggles. Its so weird how much my weight fluctuates in a week's time then goes back to "normal" the next week.
2/17/2015 1:44:37 PM
Yes, we own one. I weigh myself probably once a week.
2/17/2015 1:45:26 PM
2/17/2015 1:57:19 PM
No. Trend analysis is great, and a useful tool. Like I said "I just don't like micromanaging my weight in that manner"
2/17/2015 2:02:54 PM
2/17/2015 2:05:24 PM
^Ascites.
2/17/2015 2:06:53 PM
I haven't touched a scale in over a year because I am too lazy to replace the batteries.
2/17/2015 2:11:02 PM
2/17/2015 3:05:24 PM
2/17/2015 4:16:48 PM
Just stepped on it again. Lost six pounds of water weight apparently.
2/17/2015 4:20:23 PM
You had ascites and continued to drink?
2/17/2015 4:41:47 PM
Every weds morning
2/17/2015 4:44:32 PM
2/17/2015 4:44:49 PM
2/17/2015 4:52:59 PM
Yes I own a scale - it also does body fat. I use it almost daily.
2/17/2015 4:57:03 PM
2/17/2015 5:53:04 PM
Yes, about daily, a plain-jane dial scale that is stuck at 176.]
2/17/2015 5:56:49 PM
2/17/2015 6:00:12 PM
No, I don't have a scale. I'm not a woman and/or a fatass.I don't need a scale to tell me I weigh approximately 160 lb.
2/17/2015 6:20:04 PM
2/17/2015 7:46:03 PM
Yeah wasn't judging because lord knows I can't quit drinking. and I'm the same way with cigs. I just love them. Hope you're doing better though
2/18/2015 8:01:53 AM
I hear ya. It annoys me cause it's not just the booze that messes me up--too much carbs/sugar, too much fat...I start seeing the effects of that stuff really, really fast. And my people go down quick--they get all these shitty ailments in their 30s/40s where they're "not supposed" to indulge in any drugs, decent food, alcohol--nothing fun at all. They all do anyways, of course, and then they die quick from some random cancer...but their last five or ten years are in-your-face miserable.I just don't want gout, diabetes, (non-fatal) strokes, COPD/emphysema, kidney/liver bullshit, sleep apnea, ulcers, etc...I'm cool with a quick cancer/stroke death though. If I live too clean, then I get to enjoy Alzheimer's in my twilight years...or lay around the house in my 90s hoarding stereo equipment and whining about how I can't wear my compression hose cause I piss myself whenever I bend over to put them on.
2/18/2015 12:41:48 PM
don't own a scale. can't remember the last time i stepped on one.
2/18/2015 12:46:21 PM
I didn't own one until recently when I went on an anti-fatass campaign. Now I check that shit every morning. Nice to see the number getting lower every day.
2/18/2015 1:35:31 PM
I have to gain ~24 pounds in the next 11 weeks. So I've upped my weigh ins to daily.
2/18/2015 1:59:07 PM
^Why?
2/18/2015 2:37:40 PM
I am pregnant with twins. I only weigh 108 pounds. I had a hard time gaining weight with my first baby, and now I need to gain almost double. The standard is 24 pounds by 24 weeks. I'm at 13 weeks and haven't gained anything.
2/18/2015 2:56:36 PM
congrats
2/18/2015 3:14:59 PM
I don't own a scale...I just judge my condition by how fat I look in the mirror/how many belt notches I can comfortably go to
2/18/2015 5:31:40 PM
If I had one I would step on it daily or every other day.
2/18/2015 6:26:48 PM
^^ and muffin top
2/18/2015 6:39:13 PM
Yep and I weigh daily. Great way to keep tabs on myself because I don't pay much attention to my appearance on a regular basis.
