If you really want to get drunk:
+1 for "Raleigh Weather Dome"
+1 for calling the storm a bust because it's not snowing/sleeting/icing during hours when it wasn't supposed to.
+5 if UNC fails to travel to Durham "due to weather" on Wednesday.
