so I've been looking for some of the foods I used to eat as a kid (1980s and 1990s) and it looks like in these shameful modern times they no longer exist, but was wondering if anyone remembers these and knows of acceptable substitutes:Freezer Queen boil in bag turkey/chipped beef - I hear Stouffer's makes a microwavable chipped beef but I've never seen it anywhereLipton Cup A Soup with the thin noodles - everywhere I look has thick noodlesEcto Cooler - apparently this was under a different name for a while but hasn't been made for a few yearsKeebler Pizzarias - they claim these are under the TGI Fridays brand now but I wonder if its the same tasteKeebler Tato Skins - same as Pizzarias, sold to TGI Fridays?Planter's Cheez Balls - are the Utz ones any good?

What happened to the original Chillie Willie popsicles? I'm not talking about that penguin or whatever else ripoff. The ones with the boy's face on the package. I can't even find a picture on the internet. Did they even exist? Is this a dream? Help!

What you know about that S'mores Grahams cereal? What you know about them C-3PO's?
2/5/2015 7:53:20 AM
Holy fuck...forgot about the PBMax. I enjoyed those. You could make just about anything in the late 80s/early 90s...and kids would eat it.Just throw in some combination of chocolate, peanut butter, caramel, "nougat", rice krispes, whatever...put a funky name on it and you're selling millions.

2/5/2015 9:48:49 AM
I remember liking this cereal, and the commercials were funny. they still make it but without the nut clusters (har har), so what's the point?and in typical 90s fashion, a Seinfeld ad on the box
2/5/2015 10:09:26 AM
Clusters was also my favorite cereal growing up. You had to eat them really fast though, because their flakes got soggier faster than other other flaked-cereal.Their most common cereal ancestor in present time would be Honey Bunches of Oats (I dig the Almond version, but its almost impossible to find these days).[Edited on February 5, 2015 at 11:04 AM. had a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats this morning. First bowl of cereal i've had in years.
2/5/2015 10:56:52 AM
I really miss these. Apparently, they're trying to restart production and you can pre-order cases of it but they won't actually ship to you until they get X number of cases ordered and actually begin production.
2/5/2015 11:08:37 AM
i swear there was a gummy candy that looked like the haribo sour cola candy, but was cola-cola licensed with multiple flavors, not sour, and softer. sometime in the late 80s/early 90sfuck if i can find any evidence of it existing thoughalso some disney-branded lollipop tube things
2/5/2015 11:09:29 AM
Man...this thread is great. PB Crisps are some of the best snacks every made. The peanut butter in them was delicious...and the Crips/PB ratio was perfect.
2/5/2015 11:10:29 AM
"Disney tube things" just reminded me of theseI used to get those and the Mickey Mouse Bar all the time at grade school lunch; they were 40 cents from the school cafeteria. oh memories...
2/5/2015 11:13:25 AM
my grandmother always had 20 Donald Ducks in her freezer because none of us liked grape. I miss immediately biting the ears off of Minnie and Mickey
