use vimeo plus or pro(but Vimeo or another video hosting service is just going to compress your video, so I'm not sure why you don't just do that yourself)[Edited on January 19, 2015 at 3:12 PM. Reason : .]

vimeo pro allows for custom URL's, but I didn't see an option for a custom domain[Edited on January 19, 2015 at 3:18 PM. Reason : ]

you make whatever website you want with whatever domain you want and embed it. you can even script it so controls are hidden and they can't see the vimeo address if yuo want[Edited on January 19, 2015 at 3:19 PM. Reason : .]

even embedded, it is loading from vimeo.com or vimeocdn or whatever other delivery methods they use. basically, need to launch from a specific domain that is not vimeo.com, but a domain that I can specify.

aws s3 + cloudfront. create a dns record for the cloudfront distro. you can use elastic transcode to transcode to lower bitrate/res as well

Depending on your budget you could just use a service like http://www.sonicfoundry.com/mediasite/webcasting-services/event-webcastingThe advantage being it's a known working solution, and they do stats/viewer tracking. Might be more costly than rolling your own solution though if you are doing more than a 1-time thing.

Stick it on Dropbox then point the domain to the public file?
