The two places I have ever been drunkest (besides Raleigh) is Greenville & Florida

So their criteria is number of bars per population? I think alcohol sales per population would be a better metric.

And how is Hoboken left off the list, when it's #2 (behind New Orleans) in bars per square mile?

Ah Hoboken is #2? I was always told #1. I live above seven bars or so.
