Actually, I've been wanting one, I just don't really know where I could mount if for reasonable readings.Does "mounting hardware" include any poles/tripods?Lemme consult my resident weather nerd.

It does not come with a mounting pole or tripod.I have one installed up in the mountains in Banner Elk and the rain collector I have attached to the side of the deck on one of the support posts and the anemometer I installed on top of the roof with u-bolts around an exhaust pipe.

This is a GREAT weather station. It's what I am currently using to conduct my research up here at Appalachian. You can either mount it onto a wooden post or just buy your own pole. I would recommend also investing in the USB data logger so that you can upload the data to a PC. If I had an extra $350, I would snatch this up for myself.
