I have a problem with the NBC Sports Extra and Watch ESPN apps on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0. When I try to watch live sports on the note on NBC, or ESPN it says, "Unable to play video at this time. Please try again later."What causes this and what is the fix? I did a google search and it looks like other people are having trouble too on some devices. NBC and ESPN work fine on my galaxy III phone, the desk top at home, and the desk top at work. Fox Go also works fine on the Note 8.0. The other day ESPN wouldn't work, so I switched to Univision and it worked ok for a while, but then it wouldn't work either. Then Watch ESPN started working during the second half of the game I was trying to watch.Anyone else had this problem and solved it?

The problem is the world cup. ESPN can't handle the fucking load.

^Are there really that many people watching the golf channel on the NBC Sports app at night?

There were almost 2 million people streaming the US game. ESPN (and NBC) have had some major issues because they didn't anticipate the level of streaming demand. Looks to be sorted out today, at least until the next US game, but it's been unusable the last 3-4 days.

That isn't the problem. Nothing works on either. You should be able to watch golf channel live late at night, if Fox can manage to make their app work at anytime of the day.

^Yup. Just installed Watchespn on a Hisense Sero 7 LT tablet yesterday to stream the game at work and it worked perfectly.

So I recently switched to Time Warner Cable. Everything works fine except I wasn't able to log in to NBC Sports Extra on my desk top, or Note, but it did allow me to log in with Time Warner on my Galaxy III phone. All of the message boards when I google search say that time warner doesn't allow it's customers access to NBC Sports Extra. How does it work on my phone then?
