Well, you're seeing three different guys (none have brought up the conversation of being exclusive) and your birthday is coming up. They are all aware of this. You're going to be going out to your favorite bar and then spending the next day on the beach at your favorite spot with your friends.

Do you invite any of the guys? Do you invite all of them? Or do you just leave them out?

I have a job. I support myself. I'm just going out on dates with guys. Going to dinner, spending time in the beach or boat. Hanging out at bars. But I'm not sleeping with any of them because I would feel like I was really being dishonest. I'm not lying to any of them. Only problem is, I haven't decided if I was my to be exclusive with any of them and put all my eggs in one basket yet. I just don't want an awkward situation when my birthday comes up. As for the OP, I don't really have an answer. I know one thing though... if I walked into that situation and realized at any point during the night what was going on (my company in the group were two other of your suitors), I would probably leave immediately and ignore every single phone call or text that you sent me from that point on.

Just keep dating them until all but one of them figures it out and gets pissed and leaves. I was dating (fucking) two chicks at the same time once and one of them left her earrings on my window sill by my bed. I'm certain she suspected there was another girl and pulled one of the most brilliant moves ever.

The second girl came over the next night, didn't say a word that evening, we fucked like normal. The next morning she was getting ready for work and called me out on the earrings that I didn't know was there. She didn't buy my "those were my friends..and umm..I have no idea why she would have left them there..." excuse.
