5/1/2014 1:56:28 PM
see, if i keep mine short, it doesn't blind people.i'm not gonna be one of those scraggly old fuckers with long hair and a salt and pepper beard. fuuuuck that.
5/1/2014 2:00:32 PM
I'm getting gray...at 30. But I'm going to rock it. I think I can get away it.
5/1/2014 2:01:56 PM
no gray. no hair loss.
5/1/2014 2:09:17 PM
no gray. no hair loss.i'm in that stage of life that we Indians get to enjoy where I pretty much won't visibly age much between now and 50 as long as I keep the weight off.[Edited on May 1, 2014 at 2:19 PM. Reason : .]

Indeed.Started thinning when I was around 23...totally fucked by genetics. Now I rock the shaved head with a beard look...I think it works well for me.
5/1/2014 2:46:26 PM
Holy shit, +1
5/1/2014 4:08:44 PM
interestingly, I have always (well, for as long as I can remember) loved bald guys, and grey (or S&P) hair is suuuuper hot to me. that said, if you have a huge or oddly shaped head, I can't imagine bald being a great look. but it's better than the combover or huge bald spot on the back that you're desperately trying to ignore. this is one of the few things I feel bad for guys about...early hair loss, and nothing really to be done about it. a lot of women's physical problems can be fixed (makeup, haircolor, heels, spanx, botox, etc). I know some guys are super confident and hair loss doesn't bother them, but I'm sure for a lot it is really hard to deal with
5/1/2014 4:55:49 PM
lol you're into silver foxes
5/1/2014 5:45:22 PM
my hairline started noticeably receding around 22 years old. 26 now. it's not too bad, but definitely not where it used to be. i don't give a fuck.
5/1/2014 6:57:17 PM
my hairline creeped back a little bit like 8 or 9 year ago, then just stopped. my vision also stopped getting worse. i guess i've plateaued or something. for now.
5/1/2014 7:51:17 PM
I've been getting more gray since first starting around 18 yrs old
5/1/2014 8:08:06 PM
dat stress.i can't see worth a damn, either. got this tight phone but only use it for calls cause i can't see shit on it. i'm too proud to go get that checked out.

5/1/2014 9:25:33 PM
I think my jerb has messed up my eyesight a lot
5/1/2014 10:09:59 PM
I started losing hair when I was 18. I figure it was god's punishment for having rat tails and mullets in the 80's.
5/1/2014 11:56:04 PM
notice more grey hair when it's being cut but nothing sticks out when looking in the mirror
5/2/2014 9:01:56 AM

32, and it's definitely going. Hairline has gone back pretty considerably over the past 5 years and got a decent baldspot developing on top in the past year or two. The hair I do have is going gray/white pretty quickly.I don't give a fuck, I buzz it twice a week with a trimmer with no guard. (haven't bothered shaving it with a blade yet).
5/2/2014 10:39:56 AM
I think EMCE is gonna look cool when he's old and gray.
5/2/2014 11:08:48 AM
<---Started thinning out in college. Been buzzing it for a few years. You get over it.
5/2/2014 11:45:36 AM
no baldness. a few grays coming in on the sides and i'm not quite 30.

Mine started to creep back like 8 years ago and hasn't really budged since. I have been shaving it for the past 4 years though and wish I would go bald so I wouldn't have to mess with shaving it anymore. Can't imagine ever having hair again though, having a completely shaved head is so nice.
5/3/2014 7:01:03 PM
getting close to shaving it here.
5/3/2014 8:48:52 PM
when i always used to shve my head I would see the thin areas but right now i have my hair longer than i can remember in any recent time and its not that noticeable...I'm just gonna keep growing it while i have it im also goin grayi use minox[Edited on May 4, 2014 at 4:12 PM. Reason : asdf33]

Hair's been thinning since about 22. Finally started shaving my head a few years ago, which works out great since I fucking hate barber shops.

started thinning at about 25.5 years later, and it still covers my head, but I'm developing a nice bald spot on top. It is really getting noticeable in pictures where the sun is shining, and my scalp reflects it.Doesn't help that I keep a fairly short buzz cut (#3 guard). The beard is a solid mix of grey, red, and brown. It didn't get the thinning memo, and is as thick as ever.
5/6/2014 11:14:33 AM
hairline started receding in high school, I've been worried about it a lot, but looking at my high school senior year pic, it really hasn't budged much in the last 10 years. as long as I keep my bangs short it isn't even noticeable. if they get too long, though, you can see where the corners aren't as thick.
5/7/2014 6:34:33 PM
Mine is thick as ever. Wish the hair around my nads would thin out. gotta shave those things on the regular. Is there a correlation between the two?
5/7/2014 7:58:59 PM

My shit is still thick and luxurious, but last year when I grew it out pretty long it was way more curly/wavy than I remember.
5/13/2014 12:38:17 PM
^^ I'm in that boat, too. Keeping it longer is no longer an option. Fortunately, based on my dad and grandparents I should never go completely bald.
5/28/2014 7:57:26 AM
you do know that your mom's genes are what make you go bald right?
5/28/2014 10:06:22 AM
^ yeah, but my brother was balding pretty bad in his late 20s, I am 37 (ugh, cant even type that) and I havent lost any hair at all. If anything its in better shape now than right out of high school as I did everything imaginable to my hair back then (was every color you can imagine, most of the time dyed with kool aid and bleach haha) but now its going strong. Also, my metabolism is somehow increasing rapidly here recently...
5/28/2014 10:56:45 AM
so you probably got the other X chromosome. (I know it's not as simple as that, but it's the main factor)
5/28/2014 11:30:40 AM
5/29/2014 11:39:04 AM
my dad went bald (shaves though) and the men on my mom's side (dad and uncles) all went bald so I was doomed from the start.
5/29/2014 9:06:52 PM
^^yeah hence "(I know it's not as simple as that, but it's the main factor)"

I just shaved my head with no guard this weekend. I have done it a few times in the past but it was when I was going on vacation and no one else really got to see it. Today was the first day in the office with it. I think I have gotten it tan enough that it isn't so drastic now.Like others have already said, sometime the hair you do have accentuates your baldness. If I shave it all off it looks more like a choice.I cut it using a #2 guard for a long time and then started using the #1 guard a year or two ago. Not sure if I will start going with a razor soon or not.
6/2/2014 4:22:28 PM
^^but, ya know, you were wrong dood

"Going" hehehe. Lost the vast majority of the hair by 2006 (age 24) I blame architecture. Shaved is the way to go, with beard of course.
