Here's a video...notice at the beginning it looks like the falcon 9 gets splashed with raw sewage... One of the tricks they use is to keep a small amount of water (a couple of feet) in the flame trench before launch in case there are any liquid O2 leaks that might otherwise damage the structure... well apparently they had a little bit more water standing by than usual and when the Merlin 1D engines were lit they had a profound impact on that water.
