I'm not at all surprised that a suit Lockheed helped design is being thrown in the trash. Look at the F-35 for an example of how this company can't get anything right. I have a buddy that works in the Government and talks shit about them all the time. He said in the past year the taxpayer has had to spend a shit ton extra funds sending Government engineers down to Florida to fix fuck-ups that Lockheed Martin has caused and can't seem to fix.Sorry, I saw how they are fucking up the Olympics for the country and I had to rant a little.

there is more emphasis on OTTR for these big companies than quality. Quality has gone hill.

^^ Huh? I wasn't clear in my first post. The Government guys have gone down to try and make up lost schedule because Lockheed just stinks at what they do. Milestone C was delayed once and it took a waiver list of several hundred items just to get passed the second time.Don't get me wrong, most of the Defense contractors milk the taxpayer for everything they can...it just seems that Lockheed might currently be the best at it.

how is Lockheed fucking up the Olympics?

I'm mad about Lockheed inventing Justin Bieber so we would get into a war with Canada and they could see the military more boondoggle projects

^^ LM let Under Armour used their wind tunnels in development of the speed skating suit, and I think they helped crunch their fluid aerodynamic data.Fast forward to the Olympics where the skaters had not previously had a chance to wear the new suit in competition, some of them had sub par performance. They voted to ditch the new suit and revert back to their old suits. Then, they did just as bad.
