Once it gets actual racing it'll be better. If they ditch canned ffb effects it'll be better. If the throttle mapping and engine power become realistic it'll be better. If the vehicle handling gets better (iracing is for the most part too edgy, AC is the opposite and closer to GT/Forza), it'll be much better.
