Make me feel better about my shitty diet plz.

I started out the day strong with 2 grapefruit, a clementine and some beef stew, but went downhill fast with some cheez-its and lance crackers

BREAKFAST - 13:15
1 banana
0.5 cup pom arils

POST-WORKOUT - 15:45
25 oz low-fat milk
13 oz red grape juice (mixed with above)

POST POST-WORKOUT SNACK - 16:45
2 soft-boiled eggs
1 big whole wheat pita bread
0.75 cup low fat yogurt drizzled with olive oil
1 mandarin/tangerine
1 apple
2 fish oil capsules

DINNER - 21:30
2 cans of tuna in tomato sauce with beans
0.75 cup low fat yogurt
Chunk of real cheddar cheese

DESSERT - 23:00
1 slice home-made cake with tea

BED-TIME MEAL - 00:30
20 oz low-fat milk
1/2 cup pom arils
1 melatonin tablet

Just about a month ago, I would have had that much food over a period of 5 days, not 0.5 day .

No wonder I have gained 4 pounds since I started working out last Monday, exactly a week .

Actually, it is not milk, it is laban, which is drinking yogurt (same macros as milk), aka, lassi, in India and nearby countries. That's what I drink, instead of milk... haven't really had much milk with any consistency ever. Laban, OTOH, I love, as it tastes just like yogurt, and I love yogurt.

Have you had mango lassi at an Indian restaurant? If not, you should try it. If yes, I hope you liked it. Well this tastes similar, in that it is fruit flavored drinking yogurt. And might I add, it tastes awesome! Plus it creates a beautiful color.

Ok, the melatonin is starting to kick in! Must go to sleep.

WTH? Shakshouka? Is that like, a commonly available food in the US now?!

I have had enjoyable lassis before, even though I'm not fond of mangoes, but the prospect of grape and dairy/a grape smoothie sounded really unappetizing

Spinach
Beans
Sriracha

I just mix two cans of beans (dark red, black, pinto) in with a bag of frozen spinach on the stovetop and heat it up. Douse with Sriracha sauce and enjoy.

8 pieces of fried tofu from the market
approximately 1/2 of a boiled manioc
2 eggs
perhaps a half pound of pork, probably at least two days old, brought to me by my boss and cooked until nearly black
2 beers
a handful of peanuts caked in some kind of sugary deliciousness

Pineapple season cannot arrive soon enough. That shit is my jam now.
