be honest.

12/9/2013 9:52:45 PM
once in the morning, quick brush at night. Floss twice (after lunch, after dinner... well when i remember... more consistent at lunch.)
12/9/2013 9:53:40 PM

12/9/2013 9:57:17 PM
3-4 times a day, floss twice.
12/9/2013 10:00:18 PM
Nobody flosses twice a day. That's just dumb.3 times usually and if I wasn't a coffee fiend in the morning it'd be twice.
12/9/2013 10:05:27 PM
maybe i should start brushing before bed as well. perhaps my luck will run out.
12/9/2013 10:06:05 PM
Twice. I had over 20 cavities from 10 to 22.
12/9/2013 10:06:58 PM

12/9/2013 10:10:22 PM
Well I guess I'm dumb because I floss twice a day. I've had two caries, neither of which were due to interproximal decay. Most likely because I floss...twice a day.
12/9/2013 10:13:21 PM
2. Morning and night. Floss probably 5 out of 7 days a week. I have two cavities from middle school. That's it.
12/9/2013 10:18:19 PM
scrmsinslenc got dat 190% good breath
12/9/2013 10:24:35 PM
Yeah, you know.
12/9/2013 10:27:47 PM
Probably 10 times a week. I haven't been to the dentist in over 3 years, so I don't know if I have any more but no cavities in 12-15 years..
12/9/2013 10:31:21 PM
Once, unless my teeth feel dirty at the end of the day. I don't eat a lot of candy and as a diabetic I also avoid junk/snack foods and sodas (which are hilariously effective at building up crap on your teeth).Zero cavities, but one soft spot and one uh... structural tooth failure? That was due to some malformed molars from a fever I had when I was young or something. All I know is now there's a crown there and it better last a long god damn time for how much it cost.
12/9/2013 10:32:36 PM
Two times a day about 50% of the time. One time a day (morning) plus chewing gum at bedtime the other half.I have no idea if the chewing gum does any good whatsoever.
12/9/2013 10:36:57 PM
Sometimes instead of brushing my teeth I just eat a Butterfinger
12/9/2013 10:37:53 PM
2-3 times per day and floss at nightand I've had quite a few cavities
12/9/2013 11:07:43 PM

12/9/2013 11:10:31 PM
Twice
12/9/2013 11:27:58 PM
Morning and night
12/10/2013 1:12:59 AM
Brush a night to keep your teeth. Brush in the morning to keep your friends.
12/10/2013 6:07:31 AM
floss and brush twice a day
12/10/2013 6:15:57 AM
Maybe once a day, some days I don't get around to it. Never had a cavity and get rave reviews everytime I go to the dentist. Don't know how long that will last though. I AM always washing my mouth out though, so that may help.
12/10/2013 6:24:30 AM
I've had the worst luck with cavities ever. Not just getting them, but where they form. My luck, I'd never get a normal one in like a molar, it would always be right at the gumline or something. Those are so fun to get fixed.I think it runs in the family or something, cause my brother and I both have thin enamel, and my teeth are really sensitive to cold and stuff. THEN, when I was a sophomore or so at NCSU, I bought this stuff called Targon (some mouthwash that whitened smoker teeth).... I used like half the bottle, and during that time, my teeth got so sensitive. I am convinced that shit was some chinese snake oil type stuff and it thinned my enamel out.I also used those crest white strips for a few boxes like 10 years ago, and it make my teeth even more sensitive. From then on it was just Mouthwash and Sensodyne for me. I think the whiteners work by eating your teeth.I hate the dentist so badly that I end up paying out the ass for sedation dentistry, even for checkups. And none of that one valium the night before, one in the morning shit -- 2 valium at night, 2 in the morning, and then a main line of Versed. It's the only way I can do it without passing out from fear. Literally. I also pass out at the sight of blood too, maybe its related. So, yeah, I stay on top of it - but I could give a fuck about my breath - I'm just scared of the dentist, so we like to see him as little as possible. That pokey thing makes me want to kill myself.
12/10/2013 7:13:57 AM
Three to four times a day.Once in the morning right when I get up. Have to get that morning breath and "filmy" feeling out of my mouth.Once again after coffee/breakfast.Once before bed.The "fourth" times comes sometime around midday, usually after lunch. Like if I'm going out in public and I just want a fresh mouth (I don't chew gum or carry around mints).
12/10/2013 7:18:26 AM
Twice most days. Three times if I feel gross after drinking coffee or eating something sweet. Flossing habits are very closely related to when my next dental appointment is scheduled, but they always tell me I'm a good flosser.
12/10/2013 7:27:37 AM
Twice. Sometimes I will brush a third time after eating something that is extra sweet or sticky or something like corn that gets stuck in your teeth.
12/10/2013 7:51:24 AM
Twice. This can vary on the weekends depending on my schedule.
12/10/2013 8:45:53 AM
Twice, first thing in morning (which I hope everyone does), and last thing at night.Half time time I also end up brushing a third time, without toothpaste, if I eat or drink something sweet or with dairy that makes my mouth feel nasty.Floss regularly last thing at night, but usually 1-2 more time during the day if when eat something fibrous or crunchy.Mouthwash 1-2 times, when I wake up and/or before I sleep. I use Listerine Zero, the best mouth wash I have ever found.
12/10/2013 8:57:56 AM
twice (after breakfast and before bedtime), occasionally a 3rd time if my coffee breath is annoying me or I had a meal with raw onions.hardly ever flosscavity free since 1980
12/10/2013 9:31:32 AM
2 sometimes 3 depending on what I eat for lunch. Usually I just floss after lunch but I can't stand shit in my teeth so if it's bad I'll brush. Floss every night as well.
12/10/2013 9:39:57 AM
once, in the morning with mouthwash. chew gum during the day. floss once a day, usually after dinner.no cavities in 28 years, but I've had a few "shadows" drilled and filled as "precautionary" action, which I associate with some sort of insurance scam
12/10/2013 10:09:30 AM
Oh man, totally an insurance scam. Don't let them drill into your tooth unless you have legit decay that has made it through the enamel.Unless their buffing your occlusal surface and placing sealants...[Edited on December 10, 2013 at 10:11 AM. Reason : :]
12/10/2013 10:10:50 AM
I have no idea what they actually do, they just say "oh a shadow showed up on the X Ray, so we're going to fix it to be safe", then I get the needle in the gum and they do stuff while I watch a dvd, and I'm good to go. I never get a bill for it, so that's why I'm pretty sure they're scamming my insurance by doing stuff that doesn't really need doing.my insurance is only 100 dollars a year though, and there's no copay or anything , so I don't really care. I would like a kickback though
12/10/2013 10:19:59 AM
12/10/2013 10:22:24 AM
twice per day. maybe 3 times if i'm going out in the evening. usually floss before bed. i've probably had 6-10 cavities but none in the last 5 years or so. I think soft drinks had a big hand in those
12/10/2013 10:25:16 AM
once in the shower and every time b4 i go out to do shit. when i dont have shit to do, never.
12/10/2013 10:59:14 AM
one, two if my mouth feels gross
12/10/2013 11:04:01 AM
First thing in the morning and last thing at night for brushing.Once in the evening for flossing; the same goes for mouth wash. I've had a probably 10 cavities in my lifetime, but enamel's always been pretty weak.
12/10/2013 12:10:50 PM
Went to the dentist yesterday for the first time in like 12 years ....three cavities. So brushing about 3-4 times a day with virtually zero flossing for the past 12 years resulted in 3 cavities. I'm satisfied. I am going to start flossing though.
12/12/2013 3:05:42 PM
morning and before bed, at least. i didn't have a cavity until after college. now i've had over a dozen. and a root canaledit: but yeah, i'm suspect about some of those "cavities". a few years ago i had a dentist who told me i had cavities in all 4 quadrants of my mouth and needed to get at least 7 fillings. instead of going through with it, i changed dentists and didn't tell the new one what my previous dentist told me. my new dentist told me there was 3 places we needed to "keep an eye on", but they didn't need fillings yet. so my old dentist (who liked to play wide spread panic while he drilled in my teeth) was scamming[Edited on December 12, 2013 at 3:14 PM. twice a day
12/12/2013 6:36:31 PM
Honestly I don't even brush every day, and I've never had a cavityI guess all the beer and cigarettes kill the cavities before they can form or something
