Anyone live there? Thoughts?

2 bed at Trinity Park is bumping up to 900 :/. 2 bed at Parkside is 1150 - if I can talk that down a bit I'd probably want to move barring any horrible things about the place. It looks nice.

Comes with a free month but I wouldn't count that as a perk for +250. +150 maybe.
