its all dependent on the engine though.

It would be helpful if you specified what you're gonna use it for, and your budget. There are several different type of go-carts made for different purposes, and maybe you aren't even looking for a go-cart, but for a side-by-side.

Making some assumptions from your description, you are looking for a cheap off-road two-person vehicle that you can drunk-drive on unpaved private property, and you have minimum performance requirements. Is that right?
