Singapore to work for about a month. Just had some spicy beef ramen and these little crispy spring rolls. So good

the airport has free wifi, you could post from your phone. (I realize you've left.) I liked their airport and didn't mind the flight- the food was good and I love traveling.

There were no tables left so we had to sit on the floor but the noodles were delicious. My first time having 'real' ramen. Went walking around last night at about 3:30 in the morning looking for food. Locals kept pointing us to mcdonalds. We kept walking and found a hole in the wall place that is open 24H and got some spicy chicken fried rice and some sort of red noodles with chicken. The noodles were really bland surprisingly... The fried rice was really good though and whatever sort of sweet and sour sauce they had in the squeeze bottle was very tasty and went well with it. For $10 US we got two completely full plates. I understand most things are more expensive here ($80 US for a fifth of Jack!) but the food seems to be pretty reasonable if you find the right place.

Work was short today so we are about to go explore around some, hit this huge computer parts mall that's down the street, and then swim in the endless pool at the hotel! I've heard that there is a large food market so I'm hoping we can find that and get some grub.

Til next time

I'm pretty sure that's either tripe or chicken vaginas in that ramen.
