I have not been phishing in years, so basically I need to you to tell me what to buy (just anonymous remailer and some VPNs) for $100-150. I can do spear phishing or just regular spam. I am not looking for the best stuff in the work, just some decent quality equipment that I can get a reasonable useful life out of it.
