Guess they were lying on the labels. You can claim up to $45 without proof of purchase, up to $75 with proof. . . .

Ive had a few of these but they made me have to shit everytime I drank them so I stopped. Can I include pain and suffering in my claim?

I thought it was about the "all natural" label when they were adding vitamins.

all of the hippies that hate GMO could make people hate it more if they pronounced the whole word....

Genetically Modified Organism - THAT SOUNDS FUCKING SCARY... it makes people think of two headed cats and shit.

this isn't about feeding the whole world

this is about a drink for rich people

[Edited on September 3, 2013 at 3:05 PM. Reason : it's also about false advertising... i.e. lying to sell their product]

Hey. I'm not rich. I buy it in a jug at bjs for when I'm puking up solids and not getting enough fruits and veggies.

I actually buy this stuff (I buy Bolthouse Farms juice too) and still will. I don't drink it often, but my wife likes it and so do our girls. I guess I'll claim my $45 so thanks to the OP for posting about something I had no idea was going on.

I used to drink this stuff all the time when it first came out (chai was my fav) - then I started reading the labels and decided it wasn't worth the calories and sugar.

Gotta love people trying to cash in on something they didn't even know they were previously upset about. Also have to love that you don't even have to prove that you were "impacted" by providing proof of purchase.

I buy this stuff pretty regularly and I'm not going to put in a claim.

I am apparently part of a class in a law suit against my previous employer due to payment of overtime hours. I had no idea they were doing anything illegal but apparently they are going to be sending out some checks.

So you mean to tell me that if you'd been eating at a restaurant regularly for years, and got the meatloaf.... and later found out that the meatloaf was cat or dog or human, you wouldn't be upset? and you wouldn't cash-in if you could?

Gotta love people that justify false advertising.

Depends on whether or not they specified the type of meat.

Besides which, feeding people something not approved for human consumption is a bit different than this Naked Juice case.d

Oh, and there's nothing not natural about GMOs. Pretty much everything that we consume, whether it's plant or animal is in some way a genetically modified organism. Selective breeding for certain traits is not substantively different than what hand wringing eco-nuts are terrified about.

Their current bottles still say non-GMO. I don't think that was what the settlement was about.

Never mind...I guess it is.

But it is the vitamins that are GMO, not the fruits and veggies.

I want to see a study proving these hippies who only eat non GMO nuts and berries straight from organic fields actually live longer or have a better quality of life. Until them I'm gonna drink my Mountain Dew and eat a pizza.

Test done... Steve Jobs (vegetarian) vs. Bill Gates (meat lover)...

I think we know the outcome of that study...

^That'd be a better comparison for conventional medicine vs. hippie man-on-the-moon type treatments. Jobs waited a long time before taking conventional treatment, thinking he could hippie the cancer away, that had more to do with his eventual death than the fact that he didn't eat bologna.

i don't think anybody seriously thinks gmo tastes different or is going to diminish your health. Its more about the possible current dangers and slippery slope of the technology being used in the future that is worrysome.

Also the fact that people are patenting living things and playing "god".

naked juices are like 5 dollars for 8 onces in the gas station but are good as shit.

Quote :

because they have all of the fiber. it is literally liquefied produce.
