All other toners do work. It is not a genuine HP part; it's one of those genuine-part-refilled-by-random-company deals.Would the fact that the others (genuine HP) work perfectly fine positively point to a problem with the cyan toner? Did you buy this printer from me? It could be a variety of issues. The most likely is that the cartridge is not properly engaged, its a known problem with the drive assembly on 3700's.
