I am looking to move out in order to save up some money. This is a 4 bed / 4 bath unit, so you would have three other roommates. This is a co-ed unit. The lease is up in August 2014, so you would be responsible for monthly payments of $494 until that date. Rent is due on the first, and late on the sixth of each month.
