Wow, looks like an awesome war movie. Is it me or do some of the shots look like cell shaded animation? Almost like that movie A Scanner Darkly. Most of it looked like regular live action though.

I hope it sees nationwide release in America, I'd hate to have to wait for DVD. The trailer said October 2013 -- any idea if that is the US release date or Russian release date?


(Sidenote, I really wish I had kept up with my Rosetta Stone Russian but it took a dive as it became more apparent that my astronaut application didn't go anywhere)

Let's not forget about the US involvement in Iraq right now.. At least Russians were actually defending their homeland. You are probably one of those people that thinks the US won WWII on D-Day /Soapbox

The trailer does look good as far as war movies go.
