So I was watching about 12 hours worth of TV on Saturday, and all of a sudden the image became distorted on my TV and now this happened:I'm not sure what exactly happened, because it happened so randomly and i've never had a problem with the TV before. It's a 32" sony bravia 720p LCD that i bought back in 2008. I know it's oldish and these things have a finite lifespan, but is it possible this could be fixed easily at all? Or is it just plain fux0r3d?

my tv was made in 1982 and is still running like a champ. built in obsolescence is going to be the downfall of America.

i'm probably going to open up and tinker with it and try to accidentally fix it. otherwise im going to bang on it hard. pretty sure i'm going to have to pick up a new TV anyway, it's about time.

AHA, I just caught the part about watching 12 hours of TV. I love being super tired or hungover and just watching TV all day. I like to put my back leg way up high on the back of the couch so I can really stretch out.I've found a pic of Peggy Bundy kind of doing my move, but the best I've ever seen was Theo Huxtable. I was watching The Cosby Show, and Theo came on doing the move while I was doing the move, and I was like, "OMG, Theo knows how to lounge!!!"You gotta get that leg way up there.
