don't buy anything that has been enhanced. they pump them full of brines, chemicals, marinades, etc. this one was Swift "all natural" or something.costco has excellent meats for the money. i'm close enough to Well's Pork and Beef to go there every week, but i usually go to costco instead. i just wish costco had bone-in boston butts.[Edited on July 27, 2013 at 10:19 PM. Reason : and full packer briskets. they just have flats and points (or maybe just flats, don't remember).]
