http://www.dragonage.com/So can't wait for this. Hopefully they combine the best parts of DA:O (overworld, unique areas) and DA2 (combat mechanics & fluidity) and make this awesome. Looks like a Q4 2014 release date.

I won't even have the same computer in Q4 2014, how am I supposed to find this bookmark?I'm Krallum and I approved this message./]

Hope they combine the best parts of DA:O (everything) and DA:2 (nothing)
6/12/2013 5:34:06 PM
Is the narrator supposed to be Morrigan?

Nah I didn't hate DA2 like some people did but I can't think of anything that it did better than DAOQunari redesign is alright but turning the Darkspawn from evil scary monsters to Power Rangers Puttys is almost unforgivable.[Edited on June 12, 2013 at 6:56 PM. Reason : ]

I enjoyed DA2 But that's probably because I'm a slut when I find a franchise I like
6/12/2013 7:42:57 PM
I know I played and beat the second one, but I really can't remember any of the game at all..

I liked the combat in da2, but the rest of it was total garbage.
6/13/2013 12:04:32 PM
Origins was just more immersive and more of a real RPG.DA2 was a bastardization of Origins in the RPG sense, but a good improvement for combat.
6/13/2013 4:03:23 PM
DA:O i finished. DA2 I made about 75% before I just gave up. Origins was fantastic and immersive. DA2 felt like a hack and slash
6/13/2013 4:24:43 PM
^ exactly

I also liked the fact that you HAD to stop time in Origins in order to give each party member specific commands. So when the fight was very difficult, pausing the game every few seconds to issues new commands was essential, because the automatic combat you configured wasn't fast enough to keep you alive. You really felt like the group commander. If they bring back that feel, they will save the series.

These videos are pretty old, from PAX, but I hadn't seen them before today.Looks pretty awesome. Seems like they are bringing back most of the mechanics from DA:O plus great graphics from the Frostbite engine.http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvYvEPqiC4TjnftGq-HG6UA/videosIgnore the girl recording the videos having an orgasm every time she sees something cool.

Preordered and preinstalled. That EA Access shit should give me a few days head start too
10/31/2014 9:34:31 AM
Looking forward to this

Early Access (if you have EA Access) is Nov 13, though you only get to play 6 hours from what I've read.Regardless, anyone playing and wanting to replicate their save game(s) into DA:I use this site. Pretty cool little tool: dragonagekeep.com
11/4/2014 9:54:42 AM
pre-purchased PC version for $47 on GMG
11/4/2014 10:01:13 AM
Reviews are really good. EA allowed the reviews a week early so obviously they are confident.http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/dragon-age-inquisition

11/11/2014 1:12:19 PM
I'll get a system now.
11/13/2014 10:36:32 PM
Been playing it on EA Access. Fun game, also multiplayer is fun.
11/13/2014 10:38:22 PM
^Explain the multiplayer. I haven't heard much about it.
11/14/2014 7:29:53 AM
Im playing through Origins right now for the first time, looking forward to this one.
11/14/2014 7:33:01 AM
^^ Kind of similar to Mass Effect 3 multiplayer in that you use premade characters that you unlock and level up in 4 player co-op, but instead of a small map with 10 waves of enemies you're working through a large dungeon broken up into 5 sections.Doing missions earns you experience points to level up your current character and gold to unlock loot chests outside the missions, which contain potions and new weapons and armor to equip your characters.
11/14/2014 7:57:49 AM
Are there random loot drops a'la Diablo? Because if so I'll need to sign over a significant chunk of my life to play the MP. Also I'm a fan of starting a list of players so we can add each other if we want to MP:Exiled: XBone - ImYourHucklbry
11/14/2014 8:06:12 AM
Exiled: XBone - ImYourHucklbrywolfpack2105:XBone - BrownBear2105(won't have it til Christmas however)
11/14/2014 8:28:41 AM
Im getting this as well. Also excited about the MP.
11/14/2014 9:33:55 AM
I never did get around to playing DA:O on my ps3 I need to get it back out and play through it then pick this one up.
11/14/2014 2:26:13 PM
^sameI'm just getting in to mass effect now but I assume thats prob action/rpg where as dragon age is like a sequel to neverwinter nights
11/14/2014 4:14:42 PM
^I loved Mass Effect, but DA:O was prolly my 2nd favorite game after the Baldurs Gate series. I ended up selling it, but I think i'm about to pick it up off of Amazon for like $5 and beat it in between now and Christmas when I get Inquisition.

If you want to catch up on the story after missing one or both games, or even just to remind yourself of what happened before the new game:https://dragonagekeep.com/en_US/This lets you go through the stories of both games and make choices about what you did while refreshing you about what happened. It also creates a game state that you can import into DAI so you don't have to do any save importing.
11/14/2014 7:07:26 PM
I even loved neverwinter nights 2 but god damn if that wasn't the buggiest piece of shit I've ever played
11/14/2014 10:55:30 PM
2 days for all you lucky bastards that can get it on release day
11/16/2014 7:25:18 AM
So in the multiplayer, does Loot drop during the gameplay, or do you just get gold to be used at the in game store?

Jesus quest overload
11/18/2014 7:55:44 PM
Definitely spent 2 hours last night just playing with character creation...got next to no actual playtime in.
11/19/2014 8:07:57 AM
any thoughts on this game? From what ive read from other websites, people seem to love it.
11/24/2014 8:15:14 AM
I love it. It's absolutely massive too. It might have more content than any single single player RPG I've ever played. I've played over 60 hours and I'm nowhere close to being done.
11/24/2014 9:14:22 AM
yeah, one person said that its practically on Skyrims level
11/24/2014 11:07:29 AM
I'm holding off on buying because I know I'll quit Destiny all together...and I'm having too much fun playing it.
11/24/2014 4:14:51 PM
wife surprised me with this when she was supposedly holding it until Christmas! Will be hopping on tomorrow night after I get done with my Destiny playing!
11/24/2014 5:14:00 PM
Rerolled about 4 times until I finally landed on a mage. The combat is a little more interesting as a ranged toon rather than melee.
11/25/2014 8:10:58 AM
I guess DA2 selling like shit finally got Bioware to pull their collective heads out of their asses and produce a good game. It's actually better than good, it lives up to the review hype and more. Even some of the negatives mentioned can be fixed by simply raising the difficulty level (reviewers are forced to play through games on the default difficulty). I haven't had as much time for gaming lately so I haven't even really played that many of the modern RPGs, but this is at least as good a one as Fallout 3 and maybe even Baldur's Gate II.
