So I switched my hosted / 3rd party Exchange Server over to a new providerI created a new profile in Windows Control Panel, Mail, with all the new settings. I even deleted the old profile, and I have the new profile as the default mail profile to use when I open Outlook.However when I open Outlook, I get a logon pop-up for the old email provider. I can click cancel but it pops up a little while later. I need to get rid of this.The only thing I can think of that has anything to do with the old email provider are a few archives of the old emails that I have loaded into Outlook, but those are just offline .PST files. The only data files I have loaded are those 2 .PST files and my current .OST cached exchange file.Any ideas how to get rid of this logon pop up? Or even just to disable it? Outlook 2007 with the most current Office Updates applied.

yeah, its the standard Outlook login popup window that comes up, but the server name in that window is from the old provider

Forget the profile, are you sure that account isn't listed in the configuration settings somewhere?

nothing in the outlook settings i can find...and outlook only lets you have one exchange server setup at a time, and everything is setup for the new servicei'm doing a search through the whole registry for the old server name

went in the Registry to:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\AutoDiscoverFound my domain, key listed a file located at:C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\Roaming\Redirect.xmlOpen the XML file, found the 1and1 culprit, deleted that part of the XML file, restarted Outlook, no more popup
