Today is a day to remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving, not all veterans.

But we are only remembering dead AMERICAN vets, right?
5/27/2013 11:04:24 AM
You can remember who you want.

Sorry Grandpa.[Edited on May 27, 2013 at 11:13 AM. Reason : Ha]

I made the ultimate sacrifice many times on various servers.
5/27/2013 11:19:50 AM
I don't know how I feel about OP
5/27/2013 11:20:59 AM
Ha, I'm not trying to tell anyone to go do anything, and I'm certainly don't discouraging people to go out and thank a vet or something, but I think it's important to clarify the difference between the two days are
5/27/2013 11:26:47 AM
Thanks?

5/27/2013 2:25:24 PM

5/27/2013 2:36:37 PM
you are weird
5/27/2013 3:13:53 PM
i dont think that is weird at all
5/27/2013 3:14:32 PM
that's not so weird. You have a picture of a baby in your photo album lusting after a box of KFC.They don't make KFC boxes that small. Guess I should have been more specific
5/27/2013 3:18:57 PM
Everyone should definitely take a moment during the day to pause and reflect on the sacrifices others have made for your country. Those holding minimum wage jobs with no benefits shall take a moment during lunch to pause and reflect on the sacrifices others have made for our country.]

Honor them too, fuckface.
5/27/2013 7:43:42 PM
I have had this thought about 1000x this weekend.I haven't really called anyone on it, though, because they have only the best intentions and, being AD military myself, I wouldn't want to come across as ungrateful or rude.
5/27/2013 9:38:42 PM
^ That's wasn't my intent. I do appreciate the sentiment of people saying 'Thank you for your service' or taking a second to appreciate active duty or other veterans.
5/27/2013 9:48:45 PM
yeah i understand
5/27/2013 10:25:05 PM
two people approaching a very very mild misunderstanding, informing each other of their intentions to the letter and then concurring that they do, in fact, agree. On the INTERNETFor that, I thank you BOTH for your service.Memorial day, 2013 or whatever year is: Never Forget
5/27/2013 10:34:36 PM
I took a DMZ tour while in Korea for work a few years back. Naturally I bought a few souvenirs, including a t-shirt at the Panmunjom gift shop. I can't wear it because a few people always stop me and thank me for my service when I have it on.
5/28/2013 12:01:30 AM
Being active duty as well, I let it ride.People have the best intentions in mind so I will not hate.
5/28/2013 1:51:27 AM
Considering we lose more soldiers on our own soil than on battlefields these days, I say we give servicemen and women as many goddamn days as they want.
5/28/2013 2:00:21 AM
interesting. where did you learn of such a thing?
