I wonder how many other times Golson plagerized/cheated for them to have let him go this time.Winners: everyone who hates Lou Holtz and Notre DameLosers: everyone watching any college football analysis on ESPN for the next week that will have to listen to Lou Holtz-----------------------------------------------------------------------------MLB thoughts.....Has there ever been a team with a higher payroll who was shitter than the Angels are now? Mike Trout predictably is not the second coming of Jesus Christ (buster olney is weeping in a corner somewhere) and their pitching staff beyond Jerome Williams(lol) has been abysmal. Weaver is coming back this week but it won't be enough. His velocity is still down in the derek lowe range[Edited on May 26, 2013 at 9:01 PM. Reason : K]

Big signing by the wolverines who now have the #1 recruiting class. Its still early thoughhttp://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/9313928/no-1-ranked-cornerback-jabrill-peppers-chooses-michigan-wolverines

#1 according to ESPN... Not either of the two primary recruiting services.

It depends on what u sort by. I mean for rivals and scout, if you have a team with 18 3* at this point, theyd be leading their rankings
5/26/2013 9:20:50 PM
Well as football is a team sport with large rosters that seems the correct way to do it. I would take a team of 18 3-stars over a team of 3 5-stars

Im just saying early on, these rankings are kind of bs anyways

What?

.305 10 36 through 49 games with 12 SBs and .383 OBP and .574 slugging also leads the league in runsWhy are you hating on Trout? He's not the problem with the Angels.
5/26/2013 11:25:29 PM
he is 4th in runs, but seriously I am hating on the trout dickriders (olney) that wanted him to be the MVP last year based on WAR which I think is a completely garbage statistic. The problem with the angels is that their pitching sucks (as I mentioned) and their overpaid "superstars" are playing like shit.

onto NHL, which I really believe if people gave it a chance, would be able to supplant the NBA as America's 3rd favorite professional sport. Lots of intensity, players always play hard, fewer bitch made players, and people actually earn their money and play through significant injuries. Also it is a much more entertaining sport to see live than the NBA. I'd really encourage people to go see their first hockey game if they haven't already. The problem is that most of you will end up seeing the Hurricanes in Raleigh which is a horrible atmosphere to watch hockey
5/26/2013 11:52:10 PM
Oh they aren't going to like that... You might as well have said that Jay Davis sucked or something
5/27/2013 12:26:07 AM
I'm just saying, the organization could do a better job of making the arena more Hurricanes focused. I know it sucks having to share it with a college basketball team, but come on. I know it's tough because probably more than 50% of the people that watch the games are transplants that have alliances with other teams.

The Hurricanes have missed the playoffs four years running, often in horrifying late season collapses. You could paint Hurricane flags on all of east Raleigh and people still wouldn't get excited, and you can't blame them.HOLY HELL BUY SOME DEFENSEMEN.

So why exactly is WAR a garbage statistic other than the fact that you are a Tigers fan and love fatass Miguel Cabrera?
