I can't seem to put this iPhone down. I keep reloading TWW to see if anything important happens every two minutes.

Also, I play with my wang a lot. My eyesight is starting to go.

i have a few OCD issues. INside of car has to be super clean. I empty any trash out every evening when i get home from work. Kitchen has to be completely clean before going to be. counters clutter free and wiped down, no dirty dishes in the sink. i also have an issue with random things in walkways in the house. this is hard with kids.

Damn, Jared. We'd have killed each other if we were roomies in college. Though when I clean, it has to be perfect.

My GF is the OCD one when it comes to cleaning. And she rearranges the refrigerator several times a week.

My biggest OCD behavior would have to be the DVR. I can't stand having anything on there that has already been watched. My DVR currently has 98% of the space free, and we have about 20 shows that we record regularly.

I have having unread messages in my email inbox. I'll click on them just to have them show as "read" even if I don't read them. This can have negative consequences from time to time when I forget to read/reply to stuff

packing is my big OC thing. I'm always afraid I'll leave something really important, so I make lists. Plural.

I also have a fire paranoia that I developed when I acquired fur babies. I'll check things like the hair straightener or the stove to make sure they are off, sometimes multiple times. But I'd never forgive myself if I caught the house on fire and killed my cats

Pat that's a good one I forgot about. I do the same thing. My wife on the other hand has over 2,000 unread emails and we share an iPad with both our gmail account linked to the same app. it makes me

My life is extremely organized/ritualized/systemized. I can basically sleepwalk through the day on straight muscle memory. I often don't really recall doing things because it's like a robot was just taking care of business for me.

I don't think this qualifies as OCD.

And I did leave out the D intentionally. x2

things on my desk have to be parallel or orthogonal with one another

when walking down the hall, there are imaginary lines that run between the corresponding edges of doors on the opposite sides of the hallway, i always step on those imaginary lines

i really don't think i'm OC about anything.

every time these threads come up, i feel like i'm the minority, and that most people are weirdos.

^^ I'm just surprised at the number of otherwise well-adjusted people who are compelled to do seriously wacky shit, even when it's silly and harmless.

I have this thing where I fidget with my hands when I'm nervous, which a lot of people do, but I have a system. I run the index fingernail of my right hand under the thumb nail of my left hand, then run the thumb nail of my right hand under each fingernail of my left, then do the same thing switching hands. Rinse, repeat, AD FUCKING NAUSEAM.

i wash my hands pretty frequently

i also end up checking the door like 5 times a night to make sure it's locked...it's not that i want to double check that it works or whatever, it's just such a mundane thing, i constantly forget i already did it.

I used to do something similar, only the lines came off of door or wall corners at a 45 degree angle and I avoided them rather than stepping on them.

Things must be folded correctly. Usually this means they must be folded exactly in half. Corner to corner. None of that slightly misaligned edges bull shit. I will spend an extra several minutes getting it to be folded correctly if I need to, and I hate it when people fold things (papers, et cetera) that are mine or that I'm going to use because there's always this awkward improperly placed crease in the middle.

Actually, OC behaviors is the correct phrasing. OCD behaviors is just what people naturally hear because we always say "OCD" as a unit. The grammar is probably technically correct, just wonky, but this is why I'm an engineer, not an English major.

...I'm also kind of anal about grammar >>"
