Got this game cheap ($40 for it and bioshock infinite via one of those AMD coupons) and I'm fairly impressed. They took the uncharted formula and added much better gunplay and boss battles. The game also appears designed for pc first because the graphics used well over 1000mb vram and actually looked pretty good. I hope the series is back and this isn't a one and done.

I got Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite with an AMD video card but traded Tomb Raider for a few other games I wanted. Got a good deal but kinda regret not having it now.

It's $30 on PSN and $20 for the Steam version. The PSN deal is only good this weekend though

I don't remember there being boss battles in TR13. The only thing that I half remember as something that could be called a boss battle was really just a QTE that had to be repeated on some guy 3 times.

The game was entertaining for a while, but my criticisms are that it took hardly any time at all to get 100% completion so the replay value suffered. That and it didn't really feel like a TR game. No puzzles, no real tombs. It was a decent action game though, I never played Uncharted so I couldn't draw any comparisons there.

did you play on the hardest difficulty? there were 3 or 4 bosses, like the last guy before mathias. I can imagine them being underwhelming to the point of not feeling like bosses on a lower difficulty. the tombs were short and optional, true but there were definitely puzzles in all of them.

Def play this on hard. It is an incredibly polished game but there isn't a thing innovative about it. The level design is exceptional. The story doesn't have the charm of Uncharted 2 but I think it would be worth 30 bucks. I was mad there wasn't an extra difficulty level.

If you have a friend to play it with, Guardian of Light will forever be the greatest Tomb Raider game (possibly greatest co-op game, too).

Alicia Vikander is Lara Croft in 2018's movie. One of my favorite actress.
