I hated the ending to Signs. It made no sense. Why would a supposedly more advanced alien race try to invade a planet where the essence of all life comes from something that is extremely toxic to them? Not only that but they show up wearing no suits whatsoever. What happens if it rains and they are hanging out in a field making crop circles? Were they really not able to determine they were trying to take over a planet where over 70% of it was covered by something that would kill them on contact?
