Seems like it needs it own thread.Back when I was in school, Fountain was the only optino. Kinda sucked living across campus in Syme. I enjoyed the Tally Lil' Dinos, because they had a grill and waffle fries. I got a lot of those microwavable chinese boxes from the C-store. I think they had 200% of your daily sodium.(sorry Nym, go ahead and lock)

clark was my go-to. i would usually grab taco bell and watch espn at the wolves den in-between classes. UT steak and cheese was memorable

it was very unfortuate that taco bell did not carry the cheesy gordita crunch
4/11/2013 11:37:14 AM
Clark was my favorite. And free food everywhere on campus was awesome.
4/11/2013 11:49:18 AM

4/11/2013 11:59:21 AM
^yeah, same here. Food wasn't great, but it was nice to have an area like that to hang out in.

I really think that if we can add Josh Davis to our current recruiting class, the outlook for 2013-2014 greatly improves. Also I think the strength of the recruiting class has a direct connection to the increase in tastiness of the food on campus, no matter the dining hall.
4/11/2013 12:37:58 PM
i used to hit up Wolves Din on Sunday nights and watch Primetime and SNF
4/11/2013 12:41:29 PM
4/11/2013 12:42:20 PM
i usually got the cheap as hell cheeseburger that game on the hot-racks that were there before it was taco bell and then watched ESPN
4/11/2013 12:43:03 PM
chicken strips from the wolves den circa 2003 were the fucking joint...they blew after they changed the recipe... if you like them now, you have no idea what you missed out on
4/11/2013 12:47:22 PM
there wasn't a taco bell down in the wolves den was there? if so, what year did that happen?^omg yes^^^yes]
4/11/2013 12:51:23 PM
Cheese sticks from Wolves Den were the BOMB.And by BOMB, I am referring to the bomb you dropped in the toilet after eating thrm
4/11/2013 1:11:26 PM
I had a night class in 2003 or so and was constantly having to catch the second half in the wolves den those chicken tenders were not that great. They were edible. Cliff Crawford had the game of his life one night though. You probably know him as "King" Crawford as he used to introduce himself in class
4/11/2013 1:14:51 PM
those chicken tenders were dry as shit
4/11/2013 1:21:38 PM
my poop is wet
4/11/2013 1:23:01 PM
It's kinda hilarous that the Josh Davis thread on PP has devolved into several pages about the best BBQ.
4/11/2013 1:35:20 PM
C Store calzones were my jam back in summer school
4/11/2013 1:37:52 PM
C Store 2/$1.89 hotdog special was where it was at, slather that shit in chili, slaw, and onions. toss in a 20oz red powerade and I was set for the day
4/11/2013 1:50:45 PM
Teazzers from the Bragaw C-Store were the jam.
4/11/2013 2:13:59 PM

4/11/2013 4:09:58 PM
So could you eat in Case if you lived in tucker/Owen or the tri-towers?
4/11/2013 4:12:23 PM
^^an attempt to keep it out of the recruiting thread
4/11/2013 4:53:16 PM
The ice cream in the student center was like the best ice cream you could get, and you could get "one scoop" (which was more like 3 scoops) for under 2 bucks. Even the soft seve at fountain was better than almost any soft serve elsewhere. That's what I miss most about campus dining.
4/11/2013 5:24:45 PM
I always got a bowl of cereal at every meal. Dont matter what time of day some lucky charms or raisin bran always appeals to me
4/11/2013 6:12:22 PM
