Probability that you draw exactly 2 black out of 21 (6 out of 21, 5 out of 20 and then 15 out of 19)+Probability that you draw exactly 2 green out of 21 (5 out of 21, 4 out of 20 and then 16 out of 19)+Probability that you draw exactly 2 red out of 21 (10 out of 21, 9 out of 20 and then 11 out of 19)This isn't hard.
