Anybody excited by it? Pontiac G8 looked better. Previous gen Chevy Lumina SS and Chevy CR8 (sold in Middle East) and Holden Commodore SS (Australia) looked much better than this new generation car.http://www.worldcarfans.com/113021653909/2014-chevrolet-ss-officially-revealed/photosTaillights no good, and overall it looks softer/rounder than the previous generation G8/Lumina/Commodore.

Yes I must have a 50k Australian American sport sedan. This car would be really exciting if it came with a ls7 with 6 speed manual.

LT1

Wonder of the new lt1s will burn just as much oil
2/16/2013 9:52:47 PM
^^It has the LS3, why are you two talking about the LT1?
2/18/2013 8:33:18 AM
hell, you never knowit may end up looking like a 4-door camaro
2/18/2013 8:37:34 AM
So what's the pricepoint on this bitch?
2/18/2013 8:42:20 AM
^^^ because the LT1 would be the engine of choice, not the LS3 or the LS7 as previously mentioned. It's pretty clearly posted what's actually in it
2/18/2013 11:19:01 AM
Yes but why would chevy immediately put their new LT1 from their flagship vehicle into a lower price point sedan. Not a great move.
2/18/2013 12:50:16 PM
because thats what they always do? MFG standpoint makes it easier. 97 is when LS1 came out in vette, 98 the F-bodies already had it. I expect everything to switch to the 5th gen motor within the next 2 years
2/18/2013 1:47:39 PM
I mean it might be some lt2 or lt3 with lesser heads/cam/intake in itOr just use the ecu to pussify the engine so it's not encroaching on the vette.

I just want the variable displacement and valve timing
2/18/2013 9:09:21 PM
does it have an EDR?
