^No it's comfortable, it's just it's 5 pieces and we've got laminate floors. We're trading in for two sofas. It's tough to describe w/o getting into the layout of the house.

^^ Sure. But only in the way that more traditional stuff may often "appear" more comfortable by being overstuffed and/or having cushion shape less defined.

I can't speak to this man's contemporary modular sofa at all of course though.

I hate over stuffed couches. We have one, and the bottom is so worn but the top poofs out and pushes my neck forward. Gives me headaches.
