I'm looking to get some top notch organic coffee from the internet but don't know much about coffee. I want it to be super high end but not that ultra high stuff that chinese cats digest and poop out that sells for 200 a cup. I mean reasonable high end.

http://www.larrysbeans.comRaleigh based roaster for bonus points. I highly recommend most of their blends - and the single origin stuff is good once you know what types of beans you prefer.

Counter Culture is fantastic, I wish they shipped the roast they do for Fearrington House, that was my favorite coffee ever. If anyone knows a way to order that online I would be forever in your debts.

^^ Call or email Counter Culture and ask them about the blend. My understanding from talking to baristas is that most restaurants don't have custom blends. If it's a standard blend, you can order of Counter Culture's website.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyper_Text_Coffee_Pot_Control_ProtocolMake sure to return error code 406 if the coffee you receive is not acceptable. The code isn't a perfect fit, but the protocol is still fairly basic in its definition.
