After the NHL lockout started, I started maintaining a journal of my thoughts and opinions on the matter. After it ended, I compiled it into a book, which is available on Amazon Kindle. It's only $2.99, so if you've got some spare change, check it out! Thanks for your support.http://www.amazon.com/Stupid-Lockout-Surviving-Drought-ebook/dp/B00AXW6J78/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1357621355&sr=8-1&keywords=Stupid+Lockout

You're trying to lose me at "...and all other matches of manliness should bow down to the powerful and paramount fortitude as the pinnacle of ultimate feats that gods among men graciously bestow upon us for our viewing pleasure."I've read a ton of sports books, and this makes me appreciate the writing in those books.[Edited on January 8, 2013 at 12:51 AM. If you write a book about the NHL lockout and the only words aren't, "Who cares?", then it isn't a good book.

^^ followed by the super complex sentence "It's awesome." Then followed by a sentence fragment.Did you proofread it at all? Because it is pretty terrible.

It's only hockey, and I for one enjoyed several months off from having to hear about the Flyers, the Canadiens, and the Sabres at work.

I'm more worried about surviving the collapse of society over Surviving the Latest Sports Drought Come to think of it, I might have one or two more problems that are more pressing than the problem addressed by the book which I didn't know I had.Or maybe... I'm part of the problem.
