If you want I can send you a picture of the promo card with the code blurred out. You would have to gift me Dark Souls and then I would instantly send you the code to get AC3.

Since this already happened with one guy interested in the trade I'll go ahead and mention it, no you can not activate this code on Steam. However even if you buy AC3 on Steam you still have to play it through UPlay, you just have Steam features in the background. All of which can be used anyway if you add the game to your Steam library after install except for counting the hours of play.
