Want to rent out either 1 room or 2. My roommate is also interested in moving. We both work in RTP and both are in grad school. What's your price range?

I have a friend that lives in Cameron Court (Hillsboro and St. Mary's) with a 2 bedroom. I think rent would be $500 and half the bills (water and seweage and trash included, just power and cable which would be an extra $50-$60 a month)
