New to the area of Raleigh/Durham/RTP. Looking to rent a place for 500 or less with all included. Will be doing research in the fall and then begin work come January. Please PM and I am interested in any area from exit 300 to exit 290 area off of 40 to anywhere on the beltline. Thanks!

for the record 300-290 is basically Raleigh and barely Cary not Durham or RTP. Its still a bit of a drive (esp 8-9am / 5pm) to RTP if you're doing research there and not on campus.
