My current roommate just took a job out west and is moving out Labor Day weekend, so I'm looking for someone to move into my place by October or even as early as mid September. I'm on O'Berry St. just off of Dixie.

A bit about me: I'm in my mid-twenties and I work in digital advertising account management. I'm originally from Chapel Hill but went to college at NYU and moved back to NC a few years ago. I live in a great building near Cameron Village that's a quick cab ride from downtown. I'm easygoing, considerate, and friendly.

The apartment is huge and gets tons of light. I'm on the top floor (3rd) in a corner unit so noise is at a minimum. The available bedroom has ample closet space as well as its own bathroom with standup shower. There's a laundry area, a sunroom, a large kitchen with marble countertops, and spacious dining and living room area with hardwood floors throughout. It's almost fully furnished but I definitely have room for additional things like an extra couch, etc.

Please let me know if you're interested. Rent is $700 a month plus utilities, which run about 100-120 or so. Thanks!

Updated posting--the larger bedroom is now the one that is available. It has its own bathroom and overlooks the backyard of the apartment (corner unit). It's $750 for the room per month plus utilities.
