I'm shopping for a vet for my turtles (4 yo yellow-belly and 10 yo red-eared slider). My smallanimal vet doesn't do herpa-derps. Any recommendations? Would prefer something affordable near Durham.

no idea if they do turtles, but i LOVED Tyson animal hospital on 55 and sedwick. really great people, and dirt cheap ( at least compared with what i was paying in raleigh)

^Those are the only real reptile vets in the triangle, it's where I've been going for 10 years. They are less than half a mile from the Angus Barn. They are pretty affordable, about the same or a little less than my cat vets I would say. Incidentally they have the cheapest frozen feeder mice/rats that you can find anywhere besides raising them yourself.
