My camera battery:Fuji NP-453.7 V700 mAhI have misplaced my charger, but I have access to the charger for the following battery:Fuji NP-503.7 V1000 mAhWould it damage my battery if I charge it in the other charger? If yes, what if I take it out before the light on the charger goes green?Since they are same voltage, IMO, it should be OK.What do you Tech Talk physics gurus think? Thanks.[Edited on July 30, 2012 at 6:44 AM. Reason : ]

oh shit i didn't even bother checking that.you are right.BUT IF the contacts were in the same spot, would it work, or would it damage the battery?

I've always been of the opinion that the voltage has to match and the amperage needs to be greater than or equal to for a charger to work for a given application. Hasn't failed me yet. But I'm not an EE or an expert so I will state that as an opinion rather than fact.
