Has anybody here owned/driven one? Thoughts and opinions on comparable SUVs? Looking for a V8, 3rd row seats, roomy, ~15-20k.

You could probably talk me into a V6, I just want the V8... well because I would like to have a V8.

Aspens seem to fit the bill, but I haven't actually been inside of one yet. Is it going to be problematic to have a car serviced that was only built for ~2 years?

Let's collectively assume he made a good decision to drop that search

I will get the H1 eventually, just not any time soon. Maybe 5-10 years if we get a new house

The wife wants to dump her Fusion and get another SUV (we have an Explorer already). Hence this thread. I will check into some Suburbans/Tahoes

The current Durangos are pretty sweet, but the older ones you are talking about are complete junk.

Better watch out. Had a guy at work have the oil pump go out on it from sludge and it seized the engine. Apparently this is a common problem.

Lol nice remmy.

I'm not gonna lie as a ford guy I still respect the ls engines. I don't have much love for the modern hemi. Replacing the 16 plugs on the 300c, then the cracked piston/ bent rod on a 100% stock car. Followed up by impending transmission issues when the car was sold (buyer aware).

+ that car felt like a boat compared to the mint 92 q45 she traded for it. She gained like 75 hp and I swear the car was slower.

The aspens are pretty but just be careful with the hemi she got power but isn't robust enough to use it that often it seems.

There is a reason it was only built for 2 years. But you can't tell people with vipers that. They got money to throw around and waste. Good luck with it and I hope it's got a blue ray player and 3 screens at least
