Bought but ended up being too large for my needs

It has the wheels and the handle for rolling, but no foam as it was used as a heavy luggage carrier.

I don't think this is going to move at that price

I typically won't pay more than 1/3 or 1/2 retail price for a used item

and this thing totally sells new for what you're asking

4: stock pelican cases latch design sucks, the Storm case series they make is 5000% better
