I'm moving out of a rental and the lease requires me to have the carpets professionally cleaned.

The house is approx. 2900sqft. I'd guess that about 1800 - 1900 of that is carpeted. 5 bedrooms, the main living area, the formal living area, and the hallway/stairs. I know it will be somewhat costly due to the number of rooms so cost is an important factor.


Any recommendations?

do you have to provide the invoice proving you did it? if not go rent the green machine from lowes. it does a good job and its like ~$50

I saw a groupon for all aces carpet cleaning for $65 / 2,500 sq ft recently.

Yeah, I have to provide the receipt or I'd definitely rent one and do it myself.



^ Thanks, I just looked them up and the rates are pretty good compared to others I've seen. That groupon rate is ridiculously low though.
