I own a singlewide mobile home that desperately needs pressure washing. Shouldn't be too big of a job. It's located off Tryon Rd, fairly close to Cary Crossroads. If you're willing to take this on, please PM me and name your price. Thanks!

This was a groupon a few days ago. Sams club sells a 1700 psi for $100 and a 2400 psi for $200. Might as well spend a couple extra bucks and own the tool.

Look for a Comet, General or Cat pump. More expensive but will last longer than a season. Search craigslist for pressure washer, see all the ones that say "motor runs, pump quit working"? Exactly. Honestly, best bet is to search craigslist for a good used one. Honda motors with General pumps can be found great. Dont get too caught up on the pressure, 2500 is all anyone should need. What you really need is flow. 2.0gpm minimum, 2.5+ is better.
